What happens if I exceed my monthly audit limit?
You'll be charged for additional audits at your plan's overage rate ($3-5 per audit depending on your plan). We'll notify you as you approach your limit and give you the option to upgrade.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.
How does the free tier work?
Everyone starts with 10 free lifetime audits to explore IQ Auto with zero risk. No credit card required. When you're ready for more, upgrade to a paid plan anytime.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll refund your first month, no questions asked.
Which shop management systems do you integrate with?
Currently: Tekmetric (live), Shop-Ware (coming soon), file upload (CSV/PDF), and email forwarding. QuickBooks integration coming soon.
What if I need fewer audits some months?
You only pay for what you use. If you use 100 audits on the Growth plan (150 included), you still pay the same monthly price. Unused audits don't roll over, but you're never charged for audits you don't use.
